We are at a pivotal moment in the fight against HIV. We now have the tools to stop HIV in its tracks\, yet we are making little progress with the most vulnerable people in our society – and we are seeing rising infections in youth. Enrique Flores\, LMSW\, LCDC works for the Center for Health Care Services and has worked in social services for more than 18 years\, specifically 4 years with HIV Services. Vanessa Zuniga is the Prevention Education Coordinator for the San Antonio Aids Foundation.
