The session will include small group discussions on integrating participants— agencies\, ideas\, challenges and strengths to promote a focus on resiliency-building. The session will also review the concept of healing centered engagement which includes looking at toxic systems\, community resilience and the environmental context. Finally\, participants will develop practical strategies that promote collective healing which goes beyond trauma-informed care.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]About the Presenter:\nFred Cardenas is currently the Manager of the Early Childhood Well-Being Program at the Family Services Association.
